Description for the User Researcher:

This is a fantastic opportunity with an international management consulting company, looking to fill multiple User Researcher roles to help deliver innovative digital solutions to end clients in the UK, particularly in large-scale digital transformation projects in the public sector. The company offers comprehensive training to all their consultants, including online and classroom sessions.

Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Occasional client visits will be required for meetings, which will be fully funded.

Experience required for the User Researcher roles:

• At least 18 months of commercial experience in a User Researcher role
• Experience with Public Sector and GDS standards (Government Digital Service)
• Have lived in the UK for over 5 years and not left for more than 28 consecutive days during that time to qualify for Security Clearance at SC level

The salary for these roles is up to £55,000, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package, including extensive training and clear career development plans.

User Researcher roles are UK-wide, focusing on Digital Services, and are remote-based.
