Financial Operations User Operations Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Exton, PA

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a Financial Operations User Operations Specialist at our Exton, PA Headquarters. If you have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new software, we would love to hear from you!

Your Day-to-Day:
  1. Processing SELECT Cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders
  2. Completing new account requests
  3. Processing inbound purchase orders and renewal requests
  4. Updating user account addresses, contacts, and general contract updates/corrections
  5. Assisting with ad-hoc projects for the Quality Assurance Team as needed
  6. This is a full-time role, expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid in the US
  7. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role involves communication with managers, peers, and colleagues in person (occasionally), and via Microsoft Teams chat, call, and meetings
  8. This role does not require travel
What You Bring to The Team:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a related finance role (preferred)
  • Ability to learn and understand customer relationship software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or later
  • Strong decision-making skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Friendly and professional communication skills via phone, email, and in person
