The GM Digital Transformation Team

This team includes digital transformation and project management professionals with technical expertise. They collaborate with local authorities and partners to deliver regional digital programs, projects, and products.

  • Delivers initiatives that require regional or cross-organizational efforts.
  • Builds digital and data products to support GM public services.
  • Facilitates collaboration, sharing, and innovation within the GM digital system.

The Role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience of our digital services, ensuring they serve our diverse communities effectively. You will work with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create intuitive digital solutions.

The role requires understanding the Government Digital Service Manual, GDS Design System, and UK Government Technology Code of Practice. We seek individuals passionate about accessible, user-friendly digital public services.

We follow the Government Digital and Data Profession Capability framework for User Researcher. Knowledge of the aforementioned standards is essential.
