This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the RNLI’s Digital team as a User Experience Specialist on a temporary contract of up to 12 months. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help create user-focused and evidence-based digital experiences across multiple channels that delight users and exceed business objectives.
As a User Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of user experience across the RNLI, such as arranging, supporting, and leading user research with workshops, user interviews, and usability testing. This will include:
To be our User Experience Specialist, you'll need significant and recent experience in user-centric design, primarily in industry or agency settings, with a portfolio of case studies demonstrating the design of excellent user experiences for products and services within large and complex organizations.
