We design, deliver, and continually improve these digital products in collaboration with business subject matter experts, ensuring every solution we build is valuable, sustainable, and future-ready.

We are looking for a passionate and curious User Experience Researcher to join our growing team. You’ll be instrumental in uncovering deep user insights that will inform and shape the products and services we create.

You’ll lead user research efforts across a range of digital projects, uncovering insights that directly shape user-centred solutions. Working closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure every product and service we create is informed by real user needs to give our designers, developers, and stakeholders a clear understanding of what our users need and how we can help them succeed.

  • Planning, executing, and analysing user research using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods

  • Creating and using screeners, discussion guides, and usability testing protocols

  • Conducting one-on-one interviews, usability sessions, and desk research

  • Developing personas and embedding empathy into the product development process

  • Synthesising research findings into actionable insights and delivering them through engaging playback sessions

  • Presenting findings to stakeholders to influence evidence-based decision making

  • Championing user-centred design across teams and promoting a culture of continuous learning

  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and show-and-tells

  • Collaborating with Product Owners to shape roadmaps based on research insights

  • Helping define acceptance criteria and refine backlogs

  • Researching new tools and techniques to improve team performance

  • Supporting a transparent, collaborative team culture that puts users at the heart of everything we do

  • Experience influencing product and design decisions through compelling research.

  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for user-centred design.
