NB. There is full flexibility to work remotely or in office, with office locations in London, Manchester and Glasgow.

The Role

As a User Experience Designer, you will be a strong advocate for inclusive design, ensuring accessibility is embedded throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve conducting diverse user research, applying accessibility standards and regulations, and promoting inclusive design principles in all your deliverables.

You will use various methods to research and analyse users and their needs, allowing you to craft user stories and develop evidence-based, user-centric design strategies that effectively address those needs.

You’ll work on a wide range of projects across major public and private sectors, providing a dynamic learning environment with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your Profile
  • Grounding in user-centred design, from concept to final delivery. Knowledge of which tools, process or methods to use and how to bring an agile delivery team along with you.
  • You will already have SC (Security Check) Clearance.
  • Experience working with Government Digital Service service standards
  • Experience using a range of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision Studio, Axure etc.
  • Ability to present designs and justify decisions you’ve made using an evidence-based approach
