Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX / UI Designer to join ZOEVA and take the lead on all digital design initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping seamless, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences that reflect the ZOEVA brand across all digital touchpoints—e-commerce, campaigns, and digital assets.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of user experience strategy, interface design expertise, and a deep appreciation for beauty aesthetics. Working closely with the COO and cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative, this person will ensure digital excellence that enhances customer satisfaction and conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

UX & UI Strategy and Execution

• Design and deliver intuitive, elegant, and responsive UX and UI solutions for the ZOEVA website, digital campaigns, and emerging platforms.
• Translate brand vision and campaign briefs into digital-first experiences that are consistent and impactful.
• Leverage customer and product data to create highly personalised and effective customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on designs to enhance performance.
• Stay informed on UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and beauty/eCommerce trends.

Digital Asset Design

• Develop cohesive digital assets for marketing initiatives including newsletters, banners, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and optimize for performance and usability across devices.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with the eCommerce and Development teams to ensure the feasibility and correct implementation of design solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to align UX/UI design with broader brand and campaign objectives.
• Support A/B testing and data-driven design improvements based on performance metrics and insights.

Documentation & Design Systems

• Maintain and evolve a design system that ensures consistency across digital platforms.
• Create and manage component libraries, style guides, and design documentation.

Skills / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX and UI design, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or fashion eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI projects across mobile and web platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for brand storytelling.
• Experience working in agile teams with clear communication and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (other European languages a plus).
