What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end design process—from research and wireframes to polished UI
• Design across websites, apps, landing pages, and more
• Turn data into design decisions using GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, and other tools
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Champion accessibility, usability, and conversion optimisation
• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and internal branding

What You Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that shows it
• Mastery of Figma (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator = bonus points)
• Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture
• A proactive mindset—you’re not just a designer, you’re a problem solver

Bonus Skills:

• Agency or multi-client experience
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience building or maintaining component libraries
