USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - LONDON

As a User Experience Designer at END. you'll work on all aspects of the product design process, collaborating with other teams to create world-class digital products. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in defining END.’s user experience and help lead consumer research through to design to ensure that the END. Consumer experience remains best-in-class, premium and inspirational together with being simple to navigate and seamless to transact.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

  1. Partner with Product Leads to create consumer journeys, storyboards, visual mockups, prototypes and designs to meet user requirements.
  2. Drive UX design thinking and user research to prototype, test and rapidly iterate commerce ideas.
  3. Create pixel perfect designs in collaboration with product and dev teams.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with the wider team, talking about your work and articulating the thinking behind it.

Skills and experience

  1. Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally with an e-commerce focus.
  2. Experience shipping large web and mobile products, as well as extensive knowledge of best practices.
  3. A data-driven mindset: Familiarity and experience with qualitative and quantitative testing.
  4. Proven experience in creating and managing responsive design systems.
  5. Experience in translating business and customer requirements into compelling designs.
  6. Expert knowledge of industry tools (Figma, Principle, Adobe CS).
  7. Ability to manage large scale projects through collaboration and file management.
  8. Proven record of articulating experiences from low fidelity wireframes journeys to fully interactive prototypes.
  9. Comfortable presenting your work to peers and department leads in a clear, succinct format.
  10. Curiosity about technology and understanding its impact on design solutions.
  11. Accustomed to working collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  12. Familiarity working in agile processes and with tools such as JIRA.
