Your new role

You'll be responsible for guiding the development of the client's internal website, ensuring that all designs align with our strategic goals and user needs. Your role will involve reviewing design submissions, collaborating with designers and developers, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and optimized. You'll also monitor website performance and stay updated with the latest web development trends to keep our site current and competitive.

What you'll need to succeed

• Decision-maker within their domain & possess customer-centric design
• Engage with various organizational areas to understand needs
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal, Figma, and Sketch
• Redesign client's internal website with the internal dev team
