The role involves close collaboration with Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content, and Product departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage significant digital marketing budgets across Paid Search on Google and Microsoft
• Help define strategy within the specified channel and areas of responsibility
• Onboard and test new acquisition channels across web and mobile
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to senior management and stakeholders
• Contribute to optimizing the conversion funnel to drive better ROI
• Work closely with creative teams with a test-and-learn approach to enhance creative output
• Manage relationships with partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search
• High proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work autonomously towards high-level goals
• Good working knowledge of Firebase and Appsflyer
• In-depth understanding of attribution models across mobile and web
• Knowledge of web tracking and best practices for landing pages
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
