Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Used Vehicle Planning Analyst on a full-time fixed-term contract until November 2027. Based in Milton Keynes, you will plan, forecast and report on used vehicle performance across brands, building automated dashboards to support decision making.

You’ll consolidate data from multiple sources, monitor plan adherence, and contribute to reforecasts and NRV provisions, while collaborating with finance, operations and brand teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with strong numerical analysis and reporting capability.
• Experience in planning, forecasting and analysing performance vs targets.
• Experience developing automated reporting using Power BI, Power Query and Excel.
• Ability to consolidate, quality-assure and interpret multi-source data.
• High attention to detail and data quality in planning processes.
• Understanding of vehicle planning principles and stock/de-fleet analysis.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate annual budgets, planning rounds and monthly brand forecasts.
• Convert new vehicle sales reforecasts into used-vehicle in-fleet and stock plans.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Produce management information for leadership and financial stakeholders.
