What you'll do day to day:

  • Supervising and coordinating activities of sales staff
  • Ensure maximum direct selling time
  • Effective handling of all sales enquiries
  • Lead and develop all sales executives, ensuring they are focused and adopt a structured approach
  • Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer-centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe
  • Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on prospecting, customer follow-up, and closing deals
  • Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and maintain adequate sales records

  • A hands-on leader and financially aware
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively

  • Ability to work under pressure
