Evans Halshaw Ford Old Trafford is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-moving, customer-focused team. You’ll handle enquiries, guide customers from first contact through to handover, and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience at Ford.

With a base salary of £22,000 and an OTE of £42,000, you’ll build product knowledge, upsell accessories and finance packages, and grow your career in a supportive Lithia UK environment with competitive benefits.

Basic salary £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
• Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
• Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations
