As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues. Your responsibilities include coaching, management, and customer interaction, focusing on first and second-facing activities. You will support your team in selling used vehicles, add-on products, finance, and GAP insurance, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales while maintaining high ethical standards.
