Due to continued growth and strong sales volumes, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead the showroom and drive performance across the sales team.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate a busy sales team in a high-traffic, fast-paced dealership
• Drive used vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead from the front with energy, professionalism, and a performance-driven mindset
• Work closely with senior management to implement processes and exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain high standards of customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or a Business/Transaction Manager ready to step up
• Excellent knowledge of the used car market and dealership operations
• Results-focused with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
