Our newly launched Used Car Salary Sacrifice scheme allows us to offer a lower cost leasing option to our customers. We are currently looking for a commercially minded Used Car Sales Manager to join our Sales performance team to take ownership of our used car performance across b2b & b2c channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the used car sales target and ensure used cars remain a daily priority across our sales team
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Used Car Quality Manager, ensuring full alignment between quality standards, stock readiness and sales objectives
  • Work closely with the General Sales Manager to Coach and influence Sales Executives to confidently promote our used car offering
  • Analyse pricing, profitability and sales trends to make data-led decisions that improve performance
  • Select and qualify the right stock, review refurbishment spend, and manage stock lifecycle to maximise value
  • Work closely with our General Sales Manager and Used Car Quality Manager to ensure sales and stock readiness are fully aligned
  • Support the Used Car Quality Manager in building strong relationships and maintaining high standards with suppliers, holding the suppliers accountable for consistent standards and value for money
  • Managing the lifecycle of rejected vehicles by reviewing refurbishment spend and deciding on the best route for resale

What You'll Bring:

Essential skills & behaviours

  • A strong track record in used car sales and a used car expert, with excellent knowledge of the Used Car market dynamics
  • Strong coaching approach, with experience in training teams and motivating them to hit their goals
  • A passion for delivering best in class service to customers, ensuring consistently high standards are met
  • Commercial awareness and pricing experience in the used vehicle market
  • Confidence in using data, reports and market insights to drive sales and strategy
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to align multiple teams

Preferred

  • Experience working within a leasing or fleet management environment
  • Proficiency in using sales reporting tools, asset databases and stock management systems
