Used Car Sales Manager

Location: Croydon, London, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE £65,000

Hours: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable dealer group with a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art dealership.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the senior management team.
• Manage the Sales Executive team to achieve strong monthly sales performance.
• Drive departmental sales through effective processes and team training.
• Ensure excellent customer service, maximize sales, and promote profit per unit.
• Collaborate with the finance team to secure the best deals for customers.
• Control used car stock to match market demand.
• Ensure online adverts comply with company and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.
• Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
• Experience managing a large sales team is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving license is required.
