Used Car Sales Manager

£60k basic with £87k OTE

Brighton

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm (1 day off) / Saturday 8:30 – 5pm / 1 in 3 Sundays 10am-4pm

Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to join their team based in Brighton. The successful candidate will have extensive used car knowledge, stock management experience, team management skills and a drive to make the site perform. Apply with us today!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Used Car Sales Manager:

  1. Managing the operation of the used car sales ensuring various targets are met
  2. Driving Sales Executives performance and coordinating sales activity in the team
  3. Provide training and guidance to the Sales Executives to improve their job performance
  4. Compiling and agreeing deals
  5. Reporting KPI’s when needed to management
  6. Maintaining showroom and stock management to a high standard
  7. Selling car when needed to boost site performance
  8. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals

Your Background & Skill:

  1. Proven experience and knowledge in used cars with an excellent attitude and a drive to succeed
  2. Main dealer experience preferred due to dealership lead processes
  3. Excellent team management skills
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  5. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
