We are working with a main car dealership looking for a forward-thinking, experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their team.

You should currently be working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a background in Used Cars and a successful track record.

You must demonstrate outstanding qualities, achievements, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional, managing a successful sales operation and seeking career progression.

Used Car Sales Manager Role:

  • Drive the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
  • Operate in an environment focused on profit and commercial awareness
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members at all levels to maximize potential and build a strong sales team
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Ensure the sales process is followed to maximize sales opportunities
