Used Car Sales Manager Requirements?

1. You will have a successful track record within a franchised dealer group working in a similar role
2. Strong man management and motivational skills
3. Previous strong manufacturer relationships
4. You will have a stable CV with logical career progression
5. Have previous P&L experience and cost control
6. You will set high standards and expect your team to adhere to this
