Renault Orpington is seeking an experienced Assistant Used Car Sales Manager to lead the Used Car Sales Team, working with the General Sales Manager to drive performance, profitability, and customer experience. You will coach sales executives, structure deals, oversee finance products, and ensure compliance, with a 3-week rota and hours of operation.

Basic salary £35,000 with an uncapped OTE of £70,000 and a car included.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchised automotive dealership environments.
• Proven track record in automotive retail sales.
• Experience coaching Sales Executives and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Sales Manager in delivering used vehicle sales targets and profitability.
• Coach and develop the Used Car Sales Team to maximise engagement and compliance.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, forecasts, and stock management.
• Structure vehicle deals and assist with complex sales transactions.
• Present and oversee finance, insurance, and add-on products to customers.
