Charles Hurst Belfast Usedirect is seeking a Sales Executive to join our on-site team. You will engage with customers, present suitable vehicles, and manage test drives and paperwork to close sales.

The role involves hitting targets with a focus on customer service, working 44 hours per week on a rota, and requires a full UK driving license. A competitive OTE up to £50,000 is available plus benefits.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
• Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
