Job summary

Stratstone JLR Wolverhampton is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Jaguar Land Rover team. You’ll be backed by supportive leaders and receive training to grow your skills and career.

You’ll help customers choose their perfect vehicle, drive sales through both new and used car enquiries, and upsell with finance and warranty options. We offer a competitive package including a base salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000, 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance and exclusive staff

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a sales environment.
• Ability to drive sales conversations and convert leads into appointments.
• Comfort with computer systems and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences from initial contact through to the sale.
• Build product knowledge and represent the brand with pride and excellence.
• Drive forwards new and used car enquiries and upsell accessories and finance.
• Ensure fair financial guidance in line with FCA regulations.
