Qualifications

Join LSH Auto as a Used Car Sales Executive and be a key player in our vibrant sales team! In this rewarding position, you will assist customers in selecting from our impressive range of quality used cars while providing outstanding service that keeps them coming back.

Your mission will be to ensure customers have not just a purchase, but a five star luxury experience. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow your sales skills and advance your career.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,400

OTE: Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and exceed customer expectations
  • A self-motivated attitude with a strong competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A valid UK driving licence

To thrive in this position, you should:

  • Be able to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Display a passion for cars and the automotive industry
  • Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn about our products and services
