Salary: £26,520 base salary, uncapped bonus, company car benefits
Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday‑Saturday 8:30am‑6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am‑4:00pm. Sales Executives work 5 days out of 7, covering Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.
Our client is one of the UK’s biggest car brands and dealerships, seeking a Sales Executive for their Epsom dealership. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales record (automotive preferred but not required, full training provided).
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organized, accustomed to a competitive, process‑driven sales environment, and possess excellent communication and customer‑handling skills.
Proof of Right to Work in the UK, relevant manufacturer experience, smart appearance, competency in numeracy, literacy and IT, understanding of basic vehicle design, function and parts, relevant product knowledge, continuous performance improvement, proactive improvement mindset, brand ambassador adhering to brand standards.
Candidates must be prepared to work every Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.
