ROLE: Used Car Retail Manager
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: £30k basic – OTE £50,000 and over achievement bonus also available on top of this
HOURS: 5 day working week - Alternating Saturdays / Sundays

We are looking for a Used Car Retail Manager to support the sales manager in the day to day leadership of the sales department.

The successful Used Car Retail Manager will inspire your team to deliver on our objectives through excellent customer service, driving with our ambition to drive the standard in customer care .

As the Used Car Retail Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process.

You'll , lead and develop the team to manage key areas such as test drives, prospecting and excellent physical and video presentations.
