We are currently working with a main car dealership who are looking to recruit an experiencedUsedCarBuyerfor their company.

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of Used Car Stock for the dealership, you will source vehicles through various methods which comply with the company criteria prioritising stores that are low on stock as well as the restocking of popular vehicles.
• Pricing and re-pricing of stock vehicles in line with market on a daily basis
• Visiting auctions, trade premises and private individuals to purchase vehicles
• Always monitoring the demand for different models of vehicles and using this information to effectively value vehicles and anticipate buying demands.
• You will need to be confident in your approach and you will be required to negotiate prices for the purchasing of vehicles.
• To dispose of Vehicles to the trade on behalf of dealerships, accurately valuing vehicles for the dealership to generate and maximise profit opportunities
• Arranging and organising the delivery of stock and maintaining good relationships with clients outside the Dealership to increase sales.

About you:

• You will have previous experience in a Car Buyer position
• Be friendly and have great customer facing skills
• You will be required to comply with Quality Standards, keep organised and up to date with all paperwork, ensuring all paperwork is passed on to relevant accountant.

• OTE up to £68,500
