Lithia UK in Warrington is seeking a Used Car Business Manager to drive Finance and Insurance opportunities while delivering outstanding customer relationships. You will lead a sales team, set targets, and coach them to achieve monthly goals, with a £26,000 base salary and £60k OTE, plus a company car and extensive benefits.

• Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business.
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building rapport to retain them to the brand and the business.
• Handle enquiry management, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers.
• Work under pressure, establish targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Identify shortfalls and address them with your team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback on performance, targets and coaching to develop the team.

Used Car Business Manager

Hyundai, Warrington

£26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
