Lithia UK is seeking a Used Car Business Manager in Warrington to drive Finance & Insurance opportunities while building outstanding customer relationships. The role emphasises leadership, performance against budget, and a customer-centric approach to selling and aftersales services.

You’ll lead a team to achieve monthly targets, manage enquiries, and maintain high CSI standards, with a competitive base salary and an attractive OTE package including a company car and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive your sales team to maximise Finance & Insurance opportunities.
• Identify customer wants and build rapport to retain them to the brand.
• Manage enquiries, support and motivate the team to convert prospects.
• Work under pressure; set targets and monitor performance vs budget.
• Address shortfalls with the team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching and performance reviews.

Used Car Business Manager

Hyundai, Warrington

£26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

• A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers

What does the Business Manager role involve?

• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
