Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Manage financial aspects for an assigned facility nonconveyable and nonautomated by approving and tracking expenses compared to budget Monitors asset utilization Prepares reviews ana analyzes business reports

Supervises and manages associates and leaders in the facility by providing direction communicating objectives monitoring performance and providing feedback Identifies training and development needs and provides opportunities for learning and growth Teaches and upholds Supply Chain and company policies and procedures Participates in the hiring promotion coaching and training of associates and leaders

Investigates and resolves associate customer and supplier issues consulting others as appropriate

Drives develops and oversees implementation of the business plan for the facility to achieve facility goals for example production quality safety and develops operational improvements

Monitors and ensures facilitywide compliance with Supply Chain and company quality and safety standards policies procedures and directives by developing distributing andor maintaining procedures and supporting documentation

Forecasts and monitors staffing workloads and performance results to ensure that workload and performance outcomes meet business requirements

Demonstrates knowledge of truck transportation loss control practices tools and techniques Assesses prevents and reduces loss in transportation Recommends solutions for trucking risks Uses data analytics and visualization tools and techniques

Coordinates completes and oversees jobrelated activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs identifying and communicating goals and objectives building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices

The annual salary range for this position is $92,400.00-$138,600.00



Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
