Langham Recruitment is expanding its USA Technology Practice and we’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Norwich team. You’ll work with established USA clients and active vacancies, delivering high-value placements across technology sectors.

This full-time role (38 hours) offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), a basic salary of £28,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission, and clear progression as our USA operation grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Account Manager.
• Track record of successful placements using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Confident engaging with candidates and clients at all levels.
• Willing to recruit across technology sectors for high-reward USA roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for USA technology roles.
• Build relationships with USA clients and candidates across time zones.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and tools to source top talent.
• Collaborate with the Norwich-based team to deliver results.
