Digital Waffle in Birmingham is hiring two experienced Tech Delivery Consultants to recruit for the US tech market. This is not a traditional 9-5 UK role; you’ll align with US online hours and weekend coverage as needed.

You’ll source and qualify candidates, work with the US Director on live roles, and build a strong candidate network across the US tech ecosystem. Expect flexible hours, potential commission, and career growth as the US market expands.

• Experience recruiting tech professionals for the USA market.
• Ability to qualify and shortlist candidates across time zones.
• Strong networking and candidate-pipeline building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing exceptional Tech & Digital candidates across the USA.
• Speaking with and qualifying candidates.
• Working with the US Director on live vacancies.
• Building networks across the US tech ecosystem.
• Contributing to scale of Digital Waffle's US business.
