US Tax Senior (Personal)

Central London

Are you ready to bring your US tax expertise to a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where people are at the heart of everything?

We’re looking for an experienced US Tax Senior to join a growing Central London-based team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of US-connected clients.

You’ll be joining a firm that champions understanding, professional development, and long-term relationships, both with clients and within the team. Here, your ideas are welcomed, your growth is supported, and your contributions genuinely make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of US personal tax clients, supporting all aspects of compliance and broader relationship management.
  • Preparing and reviewing a range of US tax returns.
  • Supporting senior colleagues in delivering high-quality, strategic tax advice to individuals with US tax obligations.
  • Developing trusted relationships with clients, providing timely, practical guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborating across teams to share insights and deliver seamless client service.
  • Guiding and supporting junior team members through training and technical support.
  • Managing competing deadlines and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally, a US Enrolled Agent (EA), though this isn’t essential.
  • Previous experience in US personal tax compliance (and advisory work is a bonus).
  • Familiarity with common US tax forms including 1040, 1040NR, 3520, 5471, and 8858; experience with Streamlined Filing Procedures is also welcome.
  • Experience working in UK practice.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A problem-solver with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Someone who enjoys supporting others and sharing knowledge.
What You Can Expect
  • A flexible hybrid working model, with a Central London base.
  • A salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
  • A team culture that values openness, respect, and genuine connection.
  • Opportunities for continued learning and career progression.
  • A shared sense of purpose, helping individuals and organisations navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions for the future.

Here, you won’t be just another number. You’ll be a key part of a friendly, supportive environment where people are encouraged to grow and succeed.
