Applicants with previous experience dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals who have dual reporting needs in both the UK and US are ideal. Candidates should also possess strong leadership skills and an appetite to grow the firm's current service offerings.

The Role

The UK / US Tax Associate Director will be responsible for:

• Leading strategic initiatives and proposals.
• Managing a national and international client portfolio, including high net worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Maintaining strong industry knowledge, including updates on relevant legal changes and trends.
• Conducting client satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards.
• Assisting with the service delivery of technology tools.
• Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Leading, developing, and nurturing colleagues to support their growth.

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with UK & US personal tax issues. Candidates should be educated to degree level (or equivalent); additional tax qualifications are desirable but not essential.
