Job Description:

This leading boutique consultancy is actively seeking an experienced UK / US tax dual handler to strengthen their leadership team in London. Applicants with previous experience dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals who have dual reporting needs in both the UK and US are ideal. Candidates should also possess strong leadership skills and a desire to grow the firm's current service offerings.

The Role

• Lead strategic initiatives and proposals.
• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients, including high net worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge and stay updated with relevant legal changes and trends.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards.
• Assist with the service delivery of technology tools.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Develop and nurture colleagues to support their growth.

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience in UK & US personal tax issues. Candidates should be educated to degree level (or equivalent); additional tax qualifications are desirable but not essential.
