Overview

US Qualified Capital Markets Associate (2-4 PQE):

We are working with a US law firm, supporting the hiring efforts of their market-leading Capital Markets team in the City of London office.

The practice is truly international, advising sponsors and issuers and investment banks on both debt and equity transactions, fixed income, IPO, Public M&A, restructurings, regulation and more. As an Associate, you’d work alongside highly regarded partners on complex, high value matters for a diverse and international client base.

Responsibilities

• Join a Capital Markets team at a US law firm in the City of London and contribute to high-value matters across debt and equity transactions.
• Collaborate with partners on complex deals and interact with an international client base.

Qualifications

• A background and training from a leading City law firm.
• US law qualification (2-4 PQE) with experience in Capital Markets
