The Background:

This leading boutique consultancy is actively seeking an experienced US Corporate Tax Manager to strengthen their team in London.

The Role:

1. Manage & lead a team of US Corporate Tax Consultants.
2. Advise national and international companies on US corporate tax issues.
3. Consider national and international US tax law.
4. Support and advise clients in tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax transformation.
5. Work in conjunction with other internal departments and teams.
6. Communicate directly with customers and tax authorities.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with US corporate tax and associated issues. Applicants will be educated to degree level (or equivalent); any additional tax qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
