Uro-oncology Nurse Practitioner

Demonstrates leadership through clinical expertise, delivering high standards of person-centred care and using the underpinning philosophy of co-creating care with people affected by cancer.

Puts quality at the heart of practice by delivering evidence based individualised and personalised care through holistic needs assessment, care planning and evaluation of care and all care interventions

Main duties of the job

Core member of the Urology MDT

Works with Urology CNS Team Leader MDT and Care Group meet DBHFT Target

Works with Urology CNS Team Leader MDT Care Group Lead Cancer Nurse to comply with Cancer Peer Review

Assist integration of hospital assessment service back into the community to General Practitioner care.

Work with Urology CNS Team Leader developing teaching packages. .
