Ideally, candidates will be based around the Southwest, Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, London, or Thame Valley areas, but this isn't essential.

Areti Group is partnering with a Series A funded startup experiencing rapid expansion, planning to grow by 40 staff in the next 3 months! We are urgently seeking 15 fullstack/software engineers to join their high-performing team. These fully remote roles offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for an innovative, fast-growing company. Travel for on-site collaboration once a month will be fully covered.

We're looking for fullstack engineers with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, and a passion for learning new technologies.

You don't need to know all the languages listed; some knowledge is sufficient, and training will be provided for the rest. Strong object-oriented design skills are essential.

Languages:

• Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, C#, PHP

Front-end Technologies:

• Vue.js, TypeScript, Angular, React

Cloud:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Databases:

• PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

Additional Tools & Frameworks:

• GraphQL, REST APIs, Software Design Patterns (TDD, DDD), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex applications across front-end and back-end.
• Cloud & Database Management: Build scalable solutions using AWS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
• API Development: Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data flow.
• Software Design Patterns: Apply TDD and DDD practices for maintainable code.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Use virtualization, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban.

Requirements:

• Polyglot Developer: Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Object-Oriented Design: Strong understanding of OO principles.
• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code.
• Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
