Urgent & September 2025 Roles: SEN Teachers – East London

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers for immediate starts or September 2025 positions across East London (including Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, and Havering).

These full-time roles are perfect for qualified teachers who are committed to making a difference in special educational needs (SEN) settings, including mainstream schools with SEN provisions and specialist schools.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver tailored, inclusive lessons to support pupils with SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH needs.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to create individualised learning plans.
  • Foster a nurturing and structured environment where all students can thrive.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, ensuring progress and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – must be eligible to teach in the UK.
Experience or a strong interest in SEND education (ECTs with relevant placements/training are welcome!).
Patience, resilience, and creativity to engage learners with additional needs.
A proactive and compassionate approach – you’ll be a vital role model for your students.
