Immediate Caretaker Required: Secondary School, South Liverpool

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Caretaker to join our team at a large secondary school in South Liverpool. This is an immediate start position, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

We are offering a competitive pay rate of GBP13.68-15/hour (negotiable based on experience).

Responsibilities
  • General site maintenance and repairs.
  • Opening and closing the school premises.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Supporting contractors and managing access to the site.
  • Ground maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Responding to urgent maintenance issues.
