A regional healthcare trust in London is seeking an Urgent Community Response Nurse/Paramedic to provide compassionate care in patients' homes. Make a difference to those who require rapid response in their own homes. We are looking for Band 6 Registered Nurses, Paramedics, or Therapists with experience in community or tertiary services who want to continue developing as independent practitioners. (Newly Qualified staff cannot be considered for this role).

Main duties of the job
We aim to recruit passionate, proactive, and committed team players who will provide excellent care in patients' homes. Community experience is not essential, but applicants must demonstrate the Trust’s core values and understand working in patients' homes, working alone, and being flexible with hours, including weekends, public holidays, and face-to-face visits.
This position involves visiting various locations throughout the London Boroughs of H&F, K&C, and Westminster. Our service operates seven days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year.

You must hold appropriate UK professional registration. This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) 2020, and a disclosure check will be required through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
