A leading social enterprise in the healthcare sector seeks an Urgent Care Senior Administrator to oversee administrative functions within their Urgent Care Team. This role is crucial in enhancing service delivery, managing data, and providing logistical support to healthcare teams. The successful candidate will be pivotal in streamlining operations while ensuring compliance with high standards of care.
The Urgent Care Teams are a 24/7 serviceproviding, first point of contact, comprehensive triage service, telephone andface to face clinical assessment to patients and/or their carers/relatives,enabling a safe and appropriate clinical decision and plan of care.
The Urgent Care teams, including theClinical Assessment Service, Community Urgent Care Team and Crisis SupportTeam, are responsible for health and social care triage including supportingprevention of hospital admission and/or early hospital discharge throughassessment and treatment of individuals in crisis, assessing complex andspecialist needs to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care. The urgent Care Teams also support individualsto remain in community settings in their own home environments during crisisperiods of crisis and treatment.

Salary: Range 4 £25,498 - £27,202 per annum - you will be appointed on a fixed salary point within the salary range.
You will be required to work a rota patternwhich includes weekends and Bank Holidays
The post holder will provide acomprehensive, administrative service to the Urgent Care Sector supporting team members, managers, senior managers and executives by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Workingindependently, prioritising work as necessary and without direct supervision onroutine matters. You will undertake an important role in the delivery ofperformance monitoring within CUCT whilst continually developing and utilisingnew systems to further streamline, modernise and improve the service. You willbe responsible for managing office operations, scheduling appointments,planning meetings, and providing general assistance in a fast-paced environment.
