Qualifications

• Level 7 minor illness and/or advanced history taking module, or working towards it.
• Relevant clinical qualification for urgent or primary care practice.
• Commitment to completing advanced qualifications, including a Level 7 Masters.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in urgent presentations.
• Create personalised care plans using drug and non-drug therapies.
• Manage minor illness and minor injury within guidelines and protocols.
• Escalate appropriately to manage demand and support GPs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audits.
