Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Opportunity available for an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to work within an Urgent Care setting in the North West.

The team is part of the Urgent Care service. The role primarily involves delivering evidence-based nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing care within your scope of practice to the entitled patient population. You will work autonomously, with responsibilities including health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, well man clinics, and supporting clinical policy review. You will have access to clinical supervision and support from a designated individual within the organization. Your duties will include developing and implementing health promotion programs, evaluating treatment plans for acute and non-acute conditions, and supporting chronic disease management. Providing routine nursing care in accordance with clinical evidence, NICE, and NSF guidelines is essential. You will also be authorized to prescribe medications within your scope of practice, review medication effectiveness, and ensure adherence to national guidelines.

Work abroad

The hours for this role are part and full-time.

The hourly rate for this role is £45 per hour.
