Looking for a flexible, remote role so you can work from anywhere in the world?

Then we would like to get to know you! As a Remote Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency. You will work remotely, providing interpreting services over the phone or video calls, accurately and efficiently, in various professional settings.

Please note this is a self-employed position.

The Job
  • Interpreting between English and your native language over the phone or video.
  • Providing interpretation services to clients with limited English proficiency.
  • Interpreting for legal, health, and local government services.
  • Checking understanding after each sentence.
  • Offering conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
  • Providing accurate, confidential, and impartial interpreting services.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the Code of Conduct.
About You
  • Fluent in English and another language.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Age 21 or over.
  • Qualifications such as: Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registration, Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages, or other interpreting-related qualifications.
