We are seeking an experienced Urban Planner / GIS Specialist for our London office.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Utilize tools and data for spatial analytics in GIS.
2. Support the Design Technology team in understanding GIS's role in business activities.
3. Coordinate and develop strategies related to planning, asset management, regulations, and standards.
4. Review project documents and leverage information to deliver technical services.
5. Manage and communicate GIS deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Assist project leaders with technical communication to clients.
7. Interpret government codes, ordinances, and regulations.
8. Update and coordinate files on structure plans, transportation, utilities, and land development regulations.
9. Provide end-user support and guidance on GIS systems.
10. Create and manage CAD/GIS workflows.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
2. At least 6 years of experience in town planning, preferably in the Middle East.
3. Proven success in delivering planning projects.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
6. Knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD is desirable.
