Our Bristol Victoria Street office is a vibrant hub of creative minds, bringing together experts in Urban Design, Town Planning, Architecture, Landscape, Graphics and more. We're looking for a talented Urban Designer or Senior Urban Designer to join our team, contributing to projects across the UK.

What you'll do:
  • Work on large-scale masterplans for regeneration (including large scale regeneration, mixed-use and residential developments).
  • Conduct in-depth site analyses and develop inspiring design visions.
  • Create detailed design drawings, illustrations, and design strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Produce comprehensive Design Codes.

What you'll need:
  • A relevant degree in Urban Design and a passion for creating high quality, sustainable communities.
  • Experience in large-scale masterplanning and urban design, ideally from a private sector environment.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and commercial mindset, with the drive to deliver exceptional results.
