Job summary

A London-based architecture firm is urgently seeking an Urban Designer or Architect to join its friendly team. This role involves collaborating on impactful residential masterplanning and placemaking projects while working closely with the London Design Director. Ideal candidates should have experience in residential design and RIBA stages, along with strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in residential masterplanning and layout design.
• Solid understanding of UK planning policy and RIBA Stages 1–3.
• Proven ability to prepare Design & Access Statements and planning documents.
• Strong graphic and visual communication skills (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
• Confident in presenting to clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Work with the London Design Director on design projects.
• Contribute to residential masterplanning and placemaking.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
